Microsoft is in an endless cycle of rebranding, renaming, consolidating, and fragmenting their services. I've posted at length about this before. I absolutely do not understand it. It's so frustrating for employees, who have to deal with broken links and outdated knowledge base articles. I can only guess that they have some marketing wizard up there who has proven to the brass that this helps more than it hurts.
