Sounds like corporate BS to me lol. Capcom tells everyone they are expanding to Western studios as an excuse for outsourcing development to save costs. I'd be more excited if Capcom outsourced Dimps to a Mega Man game, but as it stand Dimps's fighiting games have been pretty mediocre.
