Well, rule of thumb is, he who doesn't score doesn't deserve to win. While the penalty was questionable at best they didn't do anything to prevent their loss either so I say they're right where they belong to.
Now that the women's tournament and U21 is over we have a pretty good prediction where the germans will end in the Euro 2016.
If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.
