Digital Foundry: Can Halo 5 deliver on its 60fps promise?

I rather have an fps that runs at 60fps at lower resolution over 30fps but full HD. Some want better resolution while others prefer higher framerate I'm just glad 343 is focused on framerate rather than resolution.
