nah no critisim I was thinking the same to a degree because Nintendos hardware is seen as cheap, so people will not spend 400 on it, so they cannot release it too powerful from the start. however they also need to release it soon as Wii U failed. so they are in a chicken ad the egg situation. modular release woudl fix the issue.

Only thing I would do is pick a powerful CPU that doesn't need replacing and only worry about doubling the ram and improving gpu in the future.
