The physical media option is a good step in the right direction though.

Why not preorder via kickstarter? That is the right way to do now.

What I mean is.... kickstarter is just the beginning, not the end, if you do things right

(more or less all the big winners on KS have their own pages with paypal options).

Look at Star Citizen.

It closed kickstarter at $2.1 million.

Now its at almost $85 million on its own page, due to people continusly joining in and preordering & buy ships ect.

 

They could be running this campagne for Shenmue 3 better, is all Im saying.
