I am not just relying on VGC data as i know it can be faulty but it can also be sometimes outright accurate
If you were following sales last generation,HALO 3 sales seemed to have stuck on 9million then MICROSOFT had console and bundle discounts all year round and HALO 3 went onto sell 12million.
After that we don't know as the game became old and nobody cared or followed it and MICROSOFT didn't say anything abt it.
As it is,it doesn't matter much as HALO sales over 9million were bundled or cheap $5-20 sales,after 12million even worse than that
