Diversity is the biggest issue of MS.
Sony has more (even if you say not better) types of games and that appeal to more gamers than what MS has.
You will says Indies doesn't make difference but it makes because add diversity.
I see a lot of gamers liking Knack, Ryse and The Order... they are bad games in my opinion but there will be always people that love them... big end diversity is what made a bood library of the games.
PS2 was the king due these facts.
