Well I'm not 100% sure but if I would have guess it looks like it's from High School of the Dead. I never read the manga or saw the anime before but I have heard of it.
But if that scene ever happen to me I couldn't stop bleeding from my nose, then again it would be impossible since the blood would flow somewhere else if you know what I mean
