[FF7:R] Will it be turn based? Is that a good or poor decision?

ATB is the only way to go. I would like the graphics to be equivalent to FFXV's summons. I would also like for them to allow you to choose random-encounter rates, experience/gil rates, and combat speed like they do in Bravely Default.
