[FF7:R] Will it be turn based? Is that a good or poor decision?

So, how do you think it will be? And how do you feel about it?

While i think it should be, turn based are not so popular anymore. Not only that, but SE actually gave up on many elements used in that game. Micro-managing your party during battles and turn based combat are two of those things that lost a lot of ground. 

I still remember FF12, i had to change between characters like a crazy person to be able to manage them all. After that things got worst with FF13-2, where i couldn't manage them at all (i believe FF13 was like that too).
