Its an Arc System Works fighter, of course it has a competitive following 
Seriously though most fighters have a decent tournement following, even the obscure anime ones like Dengeki Bunko or Under Night have tourneys that Ive watched on Twitch before. Obviously they take the back seat to the bigger games at these tourneys but they are there.
