Based on my impressions after finishing W3
Yennefer is a heartless bitch.
Ciri has split personality disorder between damsel in distress and ruthless killer
Triss is least annoying of the three.
I let Geralt end up with Triss in the end, Keira Metz was not an option. He should have hooked up with the Herbalist girl in White Orchard, he was already carrying a couple stores worth of ingredients with him in the end.
