Eh, this ruling didn't bother me, but they have their moments when they reach too far. I don't like the whole process of appointing justices and I think that is part of the problem. They try to sneak in justices with as much bias as possible. The only two justices I really respect are the two swing vote justices that let themselves be open minded...
