I think if you even just take June Amazon sales it's coming in in favour of PS4, and then add to that the pre-orders for the Batman bundles through March and Apriland it seems like PS4 will sell massively more than anything else. It's possible PS4 will double it's annual sales lead when the June numbers come in, thanks to NPD and NO THANKS to VGChartz.

Microsoft's npd spin will be fun. They dropped kinect a year ago,  and so they won't be able to boast 80% year over year increases.

197K was NPD last June for Xb one. May this year was 139K. Not sure where MS is going to find a ~60K boost over May to equal last June. But that will be a bit of an artifact because this was the first non-Kinect month in 2014, so there was a sales spike. I expect July to be relatively flat YoY for Xb one at about 130K, and that's how I see the year playing out unless MS does another temporary official $50 price cut, but I don;t see that happening if PS4 stays at $399, which I think with the 1TB sku becomming standard this is likely to be their one and only value move for the year, I've always predicted a price cut this year, but I don;t think that's going to happen any more. They will have lower priced special deals, gift cards and bundles for the likes of Black Friday. Sony should be able to offer some sweet gift card deals, potentially up to $100, by keeping the MSRP at $399, esp if they have 500GB skus hanging around needing to be gotten rid of (or grammatically correct - needing of which to be gotten rid).
