I disagree that 4th grader could do that. If they are taught nothing but the opposite of the basics of human morality then those are the 'commandments' he would come up with. The reason a 4th grader now knows about morality is those books which are thousands of years old.

Nope.  Even a 4th grader knows slavery is wrong.  10 Commandments do not.  Nothing about rape in there either.   And btw, civilizations throughout history, with or without religion, have established that murder is bad.  I stand by my original statement.  And even though it's anecdotal, I can tell you as a non-religious person my entire life, from a non-religious family, I learned that rape, and murder is bad, from my parents.
