Great! While I would prefer that married persons didn't get different benefits from single persons I think this is the next best thing and it will lead to more progress (getting the state of marriage.) Like any other contract between two or more private individuals, unless there is force or fraud involived in the contract, government should not be involved. Still this is a great first step!
