£30 - £35 on new releases would make me go 100% digital.

Yes. I buy more digital games than on disc, a lot more. But I never buy a new(ish) digital release that costs over £40. It's just more convenient, (Streaming is even more convenient which is why PS Now will do ok despite naysayers). No you can't sell your games but I it's cool that all your games are always there, no scratches, no faulty discs, no transporting, available to download what ever machine you logon to. |
The convinience fo not swaping disks all the time when your playing 2+ online games regularly and working on a singleplayer game is great but that convinience is still to overpriced.
I imagine the future will lean towards every retail gameincreasing in price to £49.99 and £54.99 and eventual matching digital prices and not the other way around unfortunatly.
