I'm just thinking it's a matter of time before T2 is bought by EA, but EA gunning for Ubisoft? Assassin's Creed saved Ubi, for now, but if EA does try to buy out Ubisoft, the buyout will have to be investigated to see if it creates a monopoly by the FTC and the EU's body that checks for that (sorry don't know the name, someone please say it). At least thats my train of thought.
