I use to like COD actually, but after the original black ops, I started to hate it. Now it feels like a run and gun jetpack shooter.

 

Yea they've done a bad job with that series. MW1 and MW2 were great but the good devs left IW after that spat they had. Treyarch has done ok as a dev.

I have put oodles of time into COD4. The others? Not so much. That campaign felt like it meant something, and the MP was fresh and full of stuff to do. It was the fresh experience! The new iterations have not captured that magic.

This. BO2 was ok, but wasn't the greatest. Though its still much better than MW3, Ghosts, or AW, I'll say that.
