To pinpoint the economic recovery on him is pretty far fetched. Look back in history, and in 8 years, the economy would have recovered no matter who the president was. I don't care if it was a different Democrat, a Republican, an Independent, the economy would have recovered. Not to mention the President really can't do much of anything (it is ultimately laws via Congress, etc.)
Gay marriage had absolutely nothing to do with him (it was the supreme court's decision). Yes, he supported it (as do I), but he was not why it passed.
The Health Care Act is incredibly debatable, as there are a LOT of people who have been completely screwed over financially by it.
All I'm getting at, is people praise the President for things that occur during their Presidency even if he has nothing to do with it. Greatest President ever is a long shot from being true.
Money can't buy happiness. Just video games, which make me happy.
