Well Crazy Taxi went from arcades to Dreamcast in 2000, to PS2 and Gamecube in 2001, and then to Windows and GBA in 2002. So it was a timed exclusive maybe. lol. Point is it went to Dreamcast first. Bu no, not exclusive. But something should be said for the fact that Crazy Taxi is still mostly thought of as a Dreamcast game.
