But it's not a game CE now.  It's just a statue.

Don't know about other game collectors but I collect games and game CEs, I don't have random boxes with just a statue mixed with my other... you know... games.

Now, I'm sure I'm not the only one to get collector edition for the goodies and not to put the game disk on shelve :)
Bascially the price I'm (or you are) paying is effectively for the statues and other things. CE also include some in-game addons too etc...

For the game itself, everything can be digital, it does not matter to me. I would not go on my shelve and pick the disk along the statues and other collectible everytime I want to play it.

I can definitely understand that it does not bother you tho but it not the case of everybody.
