In the end, PC will pretty much always be the superior gaming platforms, with games performing and looking the best on PC, and PC is just an extremely flexible platform overall, with mods, and being able to upgrade hardware rather easily.
However, I kinda do hate the phrase "PC Master Gaming Race." It just sounds silly, IMO.
"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."
