It's the same thing. You're making a mountain out of a mole hill.

It seems like you're the one going against Occam's razor. Sega giving the rights out to Shenmue 3 is not the same as them withholding the rights to the first two. 

 

We'll get an HD collection for PS4 and probably XBO between fall of next year and summer of 2017.
