Certainly games about picking up women and dating could work quite well. Those would largely be built on the backs of existing systems such as dialogue trees and exploration and leveling.

The problem is most people don't watch porn for the story and build up. They watch it for the sex, and I think that the interaction during sex would be lacking in such a game.

Porn and motions controls. The problem I see the most is to make something that isn't sexist.
