that might have been Nintendo consoles in the past but noway in 2010's and 2020's,no company-not even APPLE can survive on its own.

and Nintendo,if they have to survive as a company and as a brand.they need to change BIG time.

GTA6 can easily be a TIMED exclusive.

Even if TAKE-TWO is aquired by Microsoft,it will do more bad than good for GTA as XBOX is not the biggest gaming brand and is not the most loved and globally and even in the USA,it will hurt GTA brand and sales and in the future might even outright kill GTA as franchise brand.

And most of all,it does'nt make product or financial sense for Microsoft and XBOX to be doing so atm.

First bold: You seem to think that since Sony and Xbox pretty much live and die on 3rd party support at this point that Nintendo needs to do the same to survive. The PlayStation and Xbox platforms cannot survive at this point without 3rd parties... Their success is highly dependant on them. Nintendo on the otherhand historically has had to. Clearly Nintendo overestimated the success they thought they would have with the 3ds/WiiU. Who know's how they'll respond... NX could be another financial failure, or a huge success. We simply don't know enough to assume anything at this point.

Second bold: Nope people who want to play the GTA brand will simply migrate to the platform it's available on. Didn't the 7th generation show that people have no problem migrating to the consoles that provides the games they want to play? No brand is immortal and anyone of them can rise and fall at any given time.
