No it isn't and you're going to be getting a pretty rude wake up call in the next years, if you think those things are going to happen but suit yourself.

it is and people will find out pretty easily

its common for people to have ridiculously low or high expectations as most people like last generation predictions

And GTA is one game that any console maker would spend big aka close to 500million to get exclusivity cause GTA exclusivity will outright hand them the generation atm
