With it being Sony exclusive, they're going to have to cover a lot of the cost themselves. Ports bring in a lot of extra funding. Just look at how well "Bloodstained" did during its entire run.

Where has it been confirmed it's Sony exclusive? I thought it was just PS4/PC have been announced as the initial platforms they are focussing development on. (Multi platform development is a huge use of resources). Wii U will likely be long gone by the time the game launches anyway, they're targeting like December 2017.
