Ninjabread man, while a flawed game, was actually profitable for it's publisher so much so that a sequel is already in development. I don't think you can say the same thing for ET.

In other news Nolan Bushnell has bought up the  Atari brand and is now working on a secret project known only as ET2 and will be mainly played with bits of cheese....and aliens.
