How to get your digital Xbox 360 games on your Xbox One without being in the Preview Program

Did they add more games? I have Geometry Wars, N+, Super Meat Boy, and a couple others I don't remember seeing on the list of 25 games. I downloaded Super Meat Boy and have been playing an hour or so, it's as good as I remember it :)
