Tomb Raider's impaling scene was done in Last of Us as well and the guy was out of commission in the story, period. He was out until Ellie could find materials to help him. Uncharted is very different form the last of us so the scenes will be a lot like what you see in Indiana Jones. Last of Us is more dark, gritty and realistic. The reason why I was talking about the bear and her injuring herself was because the cutscenes represent the progression of story. After games like the Last of Us if you just wrap up an injury like that it kills suspension of disbelief. All of the things you were complaining about with Uncharted were movie based action scene type tropes that were built into the setpieces because of the mad rush of the action game. |
SPOlLERS, BRO! If I hadn't finally finished this game a few months ago, I would make it my mission to find you and...
Anyway, Winter was the highlight of that game for me. Don't ruin it for somebody else.
+ I'm on a phone. I can't spoiler tag or delete your post right now.
