A game like this would probably require a 30-50 million budget to even hope to compete with games like Grand Theft Auto 6 which will proably have a 100+ million budget. How much is Sony reallygiving? Really? Microsoft said whether it was actually a proper exclusive/Xbox exclusive/console exclusive or just timed without leaving any room for ambiguity? I must have missed that...

Yeah, they did.  We had a thread about it.  The guy said something like "Or deal is the same as always. Timed exclusive".  I could find it but you nah have to wait until tomorrow. I gotta go to work.
