This race is much harder to give a prediction on.
Last generation PS2 had 20 million units, GT3: A-Spec, FFX, MGS2 all out before GC and Xbox even launched. This generation is showing much more parity between PS3 and X360 than last generation and Wii is off doing its own thing but is likely to end the generation with the most sales.
