Not a mainstream one, or one that links to the Government...
I believe that CNBC does not exist to provide real financial advice. Instead, it exists (along with other venues - Marketwatch springs to mind) to convince its viewers to make irrational investment decisions, primarily at the benefit of the owners/senior managers/sponsors.
Nobody ever got rich from watching CNBC. I work for an investment bank, they have TVs with news everywhere. CNBC is never on any of them.
