Technically speaking, any of the Xbox backward compatible games should work. The Xbox Originals games should definitely work, but it would be up to Microsoft to test it.
The quick and the dirty way would be to run the emulated game within the Xbox 360 emulator, the better way would be to rewrite the Xbox emulator for the 360 so it works on the Xbox One.
There are original Xbox games I would love to play, and I've already sent messages to Microsoft with hopes they amount to something.
