It's hilarious that you apologize in case there's another thread on this ten-year-old topic, and in the meantime twelve people are posting threads asking the same three questions about the NX every minute. That's some politeness! XD
I did like aspects of the original version. I don't necessarily wish it had gone that way instead (RE4 is one of my favorite games), but it would be cool to see some of those assets used for a future title. It's more horror-y than literally anything that's come out of RE since.
