Actually no, SEGA might actually ... Just actually,  be funding it too.  

I have a feeling Sega isn't and that they're just gonna reap the profits. People are getting mad at Sony when they should probably get mad at Sega, who's standing by watching this and waiting for the sales money to roll in without investing a thing. I doubt Sony will get anything other than your typical royalties when they sell a PS4 copy.
