Uncharted 4 is 30 fps

Play Borderlands or BF4 on 7th gen. Then try it on 8th gen. Side by side if you can, you will learn how much better 60 fps feels.

 

But hey, 60 fps isnt the most important thing to enjoy a game. But I certainly feel it impacts a game more than 1080p vs 720/900p.

 

If UC4 gave me the option to lower resolution for a better frame rate, I would choose that.

After playing Wind Waker HD again recently, it being 30fps, I felt the frame rate was more than smooth enough.
