You can't install programs on it; you can only use stuff from the Chrome store and the whole Google suite. For that reason, I absolutely love it. I use it for nothing but surfing, watching stuff, and writing (you can work on documents in offline mode), and it's super fast and clean because it's not clogged up with all the other stuff. I honestly believe that if surfing and docs is all you want to do with it, the inability to download programs is actually its strength.
