Has one new game mechanic ever totally ruined a beloved series for you?

I found that to be one of the best features in the game.
Controlling multiple characters has never been so easy and comfortable.. but maybe that's just me ^^

The game works so much batter when the map is accesable from one screen. So I ususally stay in off tv play mode. Since the map button stays there.
