I wanted to make a similar thread right now. I expected this to be THE convention for VR but nobody really stepped up to wow everyone and try to convince them that's the future. Passing notions will not convince the doubters.
Last chance is next E3 when the devices are out and the developers are hopefully able to present their killer apps. If they miss this window of opportunity, VR might as well end up like 3D.
If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.
