PC definitely won.
It streams all of the XB1 games, plus all of the games that seem to be coming to PC/PS4. Also, soon enough, the PSNow will probably be a simple thing for all windows PC's. PC will have the most content by a long shot.
Wait, it sounds like MS won, as PC for the most part equals Windows which really means MS!
Damn, MS did win E3 after all...
