Both Everquest 1 and 2 are F2P games. They still enjoy a fairly healthy population afaik. Everquest Next is still in development and they have confirmed a PS4 port of the game. I heard you could take part in the alpha by purchasing the founder's pack, but I would imagine that's no longer going on anymore because that was over a year ago.
