I hate to be a bummer, but this game is also coming to the PS4. There isn't a lot of incentive to get this on the Vita over the PS4. It'll likely do well in Japan, but not so much everywhere else.

This is normal with PS Vita games, every PS Vita game is $20 less than PS4 game.
This might be the reason why games like Final Fantasy X / X2 HD Remaster sold very well on PS Vita. 

That is true. I've seen many times where the Vita version is cheaper. I wonder why that is...

The simple answer is that the Vita is a handheld that has standard game pricing, and the PS3/PS4 are home consoles with their own standard game pricing. They could price both versions the same, but they just kind of don't. They stick to the standard pricing, and I guess it works for them. Plus, no matter how you look at it, there are less Vita's in the wild, so if people want a version, odds are they'll only ever see the $60 version and hop on that.
