Hah.  You've fallen victim to one of the classic blunders.  The most famous is never get involved in a land war in Asia, but only slightly less well-known is this:  Never go up against Words Of Wisdom when semantics are in the thread.  ^_^

As for the clip, well, it is uber compressed Youtube audio.   Have you ever played ED?  If not, it comes highly regarded as a great piece of story and voice acting.

I've never even really heard of Eternal Darkness except in passing so I don't know much about it at all.

One of the top 5 greatest horror games of all time.   Some call the sanity effects gimmicky but damn if they didn't make for some memorable moments.  The story (must play all 3 paths for an ending that makes you go, "Hmmmm.") and voice acting were easily the best on GC and rank high overall across all consoles.
