Like Killer Instinct, Fable Legends and Sea of Thieves, Gears of War: Ultimate Edition is no longer Xbox exclusive

Phil Spencer just confirmed at the PC Gaming Show that the game is coming to PC.

Is Halo: The Masterchief Collection the next Xbox One exclusive to come to PC?
