I mean, they have shown lots this E3.  Enough that they could have broken it up into the upcoming shows, especially Sony. There are still 2 - 3 conferences left. Gamescom (MS, August 6-9, 2015), Paris Game Week (Sony, October 27, 2015), TGS (both, Sept 17-20, 2015), PSX (Sony, December 2015). Seems like there's a lot of conferences and Sony was wary of having too much information back to back from E3 to GC (which is about 6 weeks) and that's why they are skipping GC, however TGS -> PGW is about 5-6 weeks and PGW -> PSX is about 6-8 weeks depends on where in Dec PSX takes place. Not sure how much they will show because of that, they might just focus on JP games for TGS

We know this year we'll see the following from Sony:

- MM's Dreams at Paris Game Show

- More of Horizon, Uncharted, TLG, etc at subsequent shows

- FFVIIR, SFV, and Shenmue III updates - I think Sony has their hands on these three and will provide updates. SE has confirmed FFVIIR update this Winter.

Sony still has/is rumored to show:

- GT 7 - Way overdue, IMO. I think they will show it this year. PD might be taking their sweet time because of how badly received GT 6 was. They probably want to get back in the 90+ MC and 10M+ sales. Expecting 1200+ cars, with 500+ premium cars (wouldn't be surprised if it ended up with 1000+) and 50+ tracks and 100+ layouts

- GoW 4 - confirmed by Barlog to be in development and we are all pretty sure it's gonna be shown at PSX. I have a feeling Sony might wait until next E3 to show it though.

- QD game - Either Kara or the sorcery demo turned into a game is what I expect. Like GG, I think QD is on the verge of breaking through and depending on how this next game will go, Sony will either snatch them up (a la SP and MM) or let them go (a la RAD)

- Bend's game - while I always secretly wish for a Syphon Filter reboot, we all know they are developing a horror game of some kind. Curious to see what it is. I'm not sure what to expect for this game except Morpheus compatible.

- HSG/Clap Hanz - it was announced 2 years ago and we still haven't seen anything. I think it'll be a morpheus launch title, so I expect it to be shown this year

- Build the list - This initiative has produced so many great things, we can only hope they continue to deliver. Some titles that are often requested are Chrono, DQ, and my personal favorites, Full Throttle HD, MI3 HD (and maybe 1 and 2). I expect some of these gems to be announced by PSX

- Crash Bandicoot - all the rumors that have started since the beginning of the generation are coming to fruition. I'm cautiously thinking Sony has acquired this IP and will unveil it by next E3. Let us not forget that Sony/Activision relationship is at an all time high with Destiny and COD marketing deals.

- Level 5 JRPG - Was supposed to be shown at E3, but nowhere to be found. No one knows exactly what it is, but I think we'll see it by PSX, most likely at TGS

- Sony's array of JRPGs - If you believe neogaf's Verendus (I have my doubts), then Sony will show some of their new JRPGs this year. Not the AAA FF competitor, but some of them nevertheless

- More indies - as usual nowadays, lots and lots of indies, I'm personally hoping to see some more Shadow of the Beast.

- Third party partnership - again, if you believe Verendus, we are supposed to see MH, DQ remake, and some other major games from third parties coming to the PS4

- PS1/PS2 BC with upres and trophy support - long rumored and, if Sony was working on it, then I believe they will expedite it and show it this year due to XBone now being BC with the 360

MS still has to show:

- Crackdown - We will see it at gamescom

- Scalebound - We will see it at gamescom

- Quantum Break - We will see it at gamescom, I think

- Alan Wake 2 - though I hear this might go multiplat, MS should try and secure it. Also they should try getting a "Definitive edition" of the first

- More indies - as with Sony, pretty usual to expect this nowadays

- What their 1st party studios are doing? Is Rare only working on that pirate game? Where is the new IP from one of their new studios? Ms has to show those things

- Third party partnerships - MS has ALWAYS been good at 3rd party partnerships. Even during the days of the OG XB where they could secure some exclusives (mainly due to easiness of PC - XB porting). They started off well this generation with DR3, SO, etc. Right now they have ROTR which everyone knows is timed and will probably be out spring 2016 for PS4. They have some indy timed exclusives. They have The DIvision co marketing (and maybe timed exclusive DLC?). They might have even stolen DayZ from Sony as well. Most importantly they may have Fallout 4 comarketing (I'm not sure they do, but maybe they have timed exclusive DLC and they apparently have timed exclusive mods).

This is a far cry from the MS that secured - at the time - full on exclusivity for Bioshock, Oblivion, Mass Effect 1/2, Star Ocean 4, Tales of Vesperia, Last Remnant, etc etc. And full on exclusivity for then third party IP Gears of War, as well as co marketing partnership with partners on their games and timed exclusive DLC. I feel this generation MS is also a far cry from the MS which secured full exclusivity for KOTOR, Morrowind, Ninja Gaiden, etc and time exclusivity for Splinter Cell, Rainbow Six timed exclusive despite being outsold 7.5 - 1 by the PS2, let alone the MS from last generation.

MS this year has lost the COD partnership and only has ROTR timed (which was announced awhile ago). ALL main 3rd party games are in bed with Sony this year (COD, Destiny expansion, AC, SW BF). I don't think MS is being nearly as aggressive as they have been in the past and I honestly believe their internal ethos has changed AND/OR the XBox division budget has been cut significantly. Add that to the rumor we heard where MS approached companies for such a deal and was turned down (with the exception of Squeenix) and we arrive at MS' current situation. I need to see more aggeresiviness here or are those days long gone?
