Can totally happen. I believe now.

 Yeah i believe everything can happen but it's too difficult to predict,

but for games that you mentioned, Dragon Quest is the most realistic ones and probably we will hear sooner and i guess it will be coming to PS3 as well or maybe 3DS, but if the games coming exclusively to PS4 then it will be a gigaton news for me.

A new 2D Metroid, i gues like it or not Nintendo need to reveal  that one.

Suikoden 6, it's posible if SONY funded or some company buy the IP, or maybe if Konami seriously back to gaming business.

Megaman X10, i think it will be the same like Suikoden 6

Breath of Fire the same with other Capcom games, they need a fund or make some kick Starter.
