It's going to go on the PS4 first, then PC. Going by the sales distribution of Type-0, the JRPG fanbase is miniscule on the XBO even in the US/UK.

I said back when T-0 released that its horrid performance on the XB1 would make it easier for Sony to lock down JPRGs.... it has begun.
